Threads messed up for the idle mixture screw? In case someone uses a screwdriver that is a bit to wide and messes up the threads for the screw, a 6mm x .75 pitch tap will clean up the threads nicely. Make sure to ground the end of the tap flat so it does not damage the screw seat. (This information courtesy of Rich White via Night Rider)
Kawasaki also uses the CV-40 Carb ('97 Vulcan 1500)- if that dealer is closer all you will have to do is get with their parts guy for their parts numbers for the CV-40 carb.
